1. General
- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MAK7 facilities, services, memberships, programs, digital platforms, and mobile applications. By registering for a membership or using any MAK7 service, the member confirms acceptance of these Terms.
- MAK7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments shall become effective upon publication on MAK7 platforms.
2. Membership & Access
- Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the registered individual. Access to facilities, classes, and services is subject to the membership type purchased and operational availability.
- MAK7 reserves the right to deny, suspend, or restrict access where misuse, non-compliance, or safety concerns are identified.
3. Health & Medical Responsibility
- Members confirm that they are physically and medically fit to participate in physical activity. Members must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.
- MAK7 shall not be liable for injury, illness, or loss arising from undisclosed medical conditions, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow professional guidance.
4. Membership Cancellation & Termination
- Membership cancellation is subject to the terms of the selected membership plan.
- MAK7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, in cases including but not limited to:
- Violation of club rules or policies
- Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
- Damage to facilities or equipment
- Termination does not waive any outstanding financial obligations
5. Medical Termination
- Membership termination due to medical reasons may be considered upon submission of valid medical documentation issued by a licensed healthcare provider.
- Approval is at the sole discretion of MAK7 management and subject to applicable membership terms. Any refund or adjustment shall comply with applicable regulations and internal policy.
6. Membership Pausing (Freeze)
- Membership pause or freeze requests are subject to eligibility, minimum duration, and maximum limits as defined by the membership plan.
- Requests must be submitted in advance and approved by MAK7. Promotional or discounted memberships may be excluded from freeze eligibility.
7. Classes, Scheduling & Cancellations
- Class schedules, formats, and instructors may be modified or cancelled without prior notice.
- MAK7 reserves the right to restrict late entry or cancel classes based on safety, capacity, or operational requirements.
8. Personal Training & Paid Services
- Personal training, Boutique Plus classes, and paid services are governed by separate terms, pricing, and validity periods.
- Unused sessions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
9. Fees, Payments & Refunds
- All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Memberships, packages, and services are non-refundable except where required under applicable law.
10. Facility Use & Conduct
- Members must comply with MAK7 rules, safety standards, hygiene requirements, and staff instructions at all times.
- MAK7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-compliance.
11. Personal Belongings
- MAK7 accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
12. Digital Platforms & Account Security
- Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials for MAK7 digital platforms.
- MAK7 shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from member negligence. Suspected breaches must be reported immediately.
13. Photography & Media
- Members acknowledge that photography or video recording may occur on MAK7 premises for operational or marketing purposes unless objection is submitted in writing.
14. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
